A national handwriting competition for Primary 1–6 across Nigeria, written in the Nelson Handwriting style. Organised through participating schools and powered by EduShift Africa.
01 · Register
Apply as an individual young writer or register your school through the registration form. Schools choose a coordinator and share their school’s name, location and contact details.
02 · Prepare your pupils
Choose the division that matches each pupil’s class. Practise letter formation, consistency and fluency with the preparation resources.
03 · Prepare pupil information
Schools should obtain guardian consent before collecting pupil information or handwriting samples. Online entry drafts and uploads are not available yet.
04 · Await the official competition brief
You will receive the full contest details from the organisers. Entry fees, submission requirements, judging criteria and award allocations will be published once confirmed.
Pupil privacy
Pupil names and handwriting samples remain private to the school coordinator. Schools must obtain guardian permission before adding pupil information. Public results will not be published without the organisers’ approved safeguarding process.
